Kindly note that BirlaFest’14 is on Friday 7th March
2014 and the
reporting time is 5.30 pm for the children.Requesting you to note the following:
1)Please
come to school in the given costumes and all accessories will be given in the
school.
2)Students who are in the dance items, please apply basic makeup at
home itself.
3)Kindly send water bottle
and snacks. Snacks will be provided by the school but children may be fussy. It
would be helpful if the water bottle, bag and snacks box are labeled.
4) CCA Certificates and
KG-2 Graduation Certificates can be collected from the respected class teachers
at the end of the last programme. If not it will be sent on the next working
day.
5)Parents can collect
their child only after the last program.
6)There will be
professional video recording. CD will be available on a nominal payment. You
are requested not to come in front of the audience and Invitees to click
photographs or to videograph as it disturbs the discipline of programmes as
well as audience.
7)Kindly ensure that your
little babies are with you as their movement causes
disturbances to the performers.
8)Sunday 9th March’14
will be a holiday.
