Dear parents
1) You are requested to send
your child’s latest passport size photograph as permanent ID cards are being
made.
2) Please send a copy of parent’s visa page
& child’s visa page as soon as the renewal takes place.
3)
We request you to kindly cooperate with us regarding the following points:
i)
Teachers are available from 2 pm to 5 pm on all working days. Other than that
please call them only if there is an emergency.
ii)
After the exam please do not ask for your ward’s mark. It will be given to you.
The answer paper will be given to you on 22nd March 2015 and the
report cards will be given on 31st March 2015.
iii)
On 16th March 2015, school will be functioning as usual with revision being conducted
for the next day’s summative assessment.
iv)
After the exams there will be regular school till 25th March 2015 to
get the children to practice for the Birla Fest to be conducted on 26th
March 2015.
