Request you to pay the
bus fee to the bus supervisor (Aaya) for the month of June-August 2015 (June
half month and August Half month calculated as one month) on Sunday 6th September 2015. As we found it difficult to
manage the transportation facility and to ensure smooth functioning of the same
we had outsourced the activity to a company. To ensure the safety of the kids
we had deputed Aaya’s in the bus. Any other matter related to transportation
including timings and payment, here after you are kindly requested to contact

Dear Parents,
Greetings from Birla-World School.
We are happy to inform you that part of our operations
would be moving to a new campus located very near to our main campus and your
ward’s class would be shifted there. The main idea behind this move is to
provide more space per student, congenial atmosphere for learning and
development. The initial few days we may have a few hiccups which we request
you to bear with us. We are taking all possible measures to minimize / avoid
the same and if you feel any problem please let us know and our advance
apologies for the same. The Administration & Accounts would continue in the
main campus itself to serve you better. And as usual we all are there to help
and support you for any matters at any time. Requesting your continued support
as always.
Special note: In regard to this Wednesday, 9th
September & Thursday, 10th September there will be no classes
for KG 1 & KG 2.
