1. Students should arrive
for their exams at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
2.
Students should be dressed in their full uniform for all
the exams.
3. Students will be
allowed to enter the examination hall 15 minutes before the commencement of the
exam.
4. Question papers
will be given to students for a reading time for 10 minutes. This is not for
attempting or answering any questions but to go through them and understand
before starting their test and exams.
5. If the student
arrives late to the examination hall, no extra time will be given to complete
the exam.
6.
Students should be seated in the place allotted to them,
which has his/her name and GR number.
7. Students should
follow all the instructions given by the exam supervisor/invigilator.
8. Students should
maintain complete silence in the examinationhall. Talking and discussing in the
examination hall is strictly prohibited.
9.
Students should carry their own things and borrowing
things is prohibited in the exam hall.

If you have a question
· If you have question
regarding the examthe student should raise his/her hand and the exam
invigilator will assist you.
11. Communicating
with fellow students in any way/attempting to copy/writing on the desk, rulers
or any other material is strictly prohibited.
- Student
found cheating; chatting, gesturing or misbehaving in the examination room
shall be dealt with under the disciplinary rules of the school.
- Any
student using abusive or obscene language in the answer sheet shall be
dealt with under disciplinary rules.
- Do
not leave the examination hall without prior permission of the
invigilator.
- Students
are requested to adhere with the examination rules prescribed by the
School. Failing which strict action shall be taken, as permissible under
school Rules.
16. Students are
allowed to leave the examination hall only after the completion of the allotted
exam time.;
17. Students are not
allowed to take any leave for the exams. In case of any emergency/Sickness/unavoidable
circumstances; No re –test
will be taken.
GUIDELINES
FOR PARENTS
1.
Know your child’s entire exam schedule. Ensure that anorganized
revision timetable is being used for an effective revision.
2.
Parents
should ensure that their children are aware of the exam TIME TABLE and SYLLABUS
of the exam; assisting them to come
prepared for all the exams.
3.
Make sure that your child is in full uniform for all the
exams.
- Parents must ensure that their
ward reaches the school on time during the exams. In case of any circumstantial delays,
parents should intimate the concerned authorities about it.
5.
Check all requirements such as pens, pencils,
sharpeners, rulers and erasers before the child leaves the home.
- Parents must ensure that their
wards bring their own water bottles.
- Parents are not allowed to take
their child in the middle of the examination. However,
emergency cases will be considered on approval from the principal/the
management.
8.
Please telephone the school if your son/daughter will
not be attending an examination or if he/she will be present but is unwell. It
is often helpful for the invigilator to be aware that a student is not feeling
well. Please also be aware that any medical information/medical certificate
must be attested by the principal. We cannot guarantee otherwise that relevant
examinations will be covered.
9. Any attempt
to know the marks of your child prior to the official announcement of result
will not be entertained.
10. Should the
school have to cancel, or relocate any examinations, on the day, this
information will be made available.
11.Parents should motivate and encourage the children to study well and sleep on time before the exam. Late night studies should be avoided.
12.Parents must ensure that their wards have a proper breakfast before reaching school.
