Dear Parent
The final run through for the “Annual Day function” for
the students of Pre primary (KG & Grade 1) will be held on Tuesday 3rd
April 2018 at the school auditorium (main building) from 7.20am onwards
sharp.
Kindly note the following:
1.
Only participants are required to come on Tuesday 3rd
April 2018.
2.
The timings would be as
follows – Drop time – 7.20am, pick up time – 11am. The students who go by bus
will be picked and dropped as usual.
3.
Use the main entrance to
drop the participants in the school auditorium. They can be picked up from the
turf area.
4.
Participants can carry a
bottle of water and some snacks. No books or big bags are required.
5.
All participants need to be
present for the run through unless sick.
6.
There will be no school on
Wednesday 4th April 2018. Participants will report to the “Dhofar
University Auditorium” at 4pm sharp.
