Ministry of Health is offering a free medical check up from
May 5 to May 16, 2019 from 8:00 am - 1:00 pm, for the KG 2 students who in
next academic year of 2019-2020 will be in Grade 1. It is mandatory
document to be submitted to Ministry of Education. Hence, kindly take your
child to the near by health centre along with the form attached and submit it
back to the school once the check up is done.
