Dear Parents,
This has
reference to some of the newspaper articles circulating regarding the
continuation of CBSE-I curriculum in one of the
international schools in Muscat and some queries and concerns raised by our
parents regarding our school on the same issue.
We were in touch
with all concerned officials including Ministry of Education, CBSE, Birla Authorities
and accordingly we wish to reaffirm and confirm that:
1.
The school would continue in the
present style and pattern from KG1 till Grade 5 without any change
2.
Grade 6 would be started only after
confirmation from all authorities in writing.
Hence children
currently studying in Grade5 need to shift to our Cambridge curriculum or
requested to avail TC and find admission in other suitable schools as per their
convenience.
We are in
discussion with all concerned and confident that the confusion and issues would
be sorted out / cleared off in another 4-5 months and would be able to start
Grade6 upwards. Till then the status quo would be maintained.
