Reminder of 'Fancy Dress Competition'

Dear Parents,

Fancy Dress competition will be held on 2^nd March, 2017 at 6:00 pm in the school auditorium.

Kindly send the consent in the school diary (verbal consents will not be considered) for the fancy dress competition latest by 22^nd  February 2017, Wednesday.

Points to note:

1.     Participants are requested to report by 5:00 PM in their own theme costumes (Fancy Dress costume)

2.     Participants in the Fancy dress competition need to come dressed with necessary make up from home itself.

3.     Participants must speak about the character they are portraying for at least one minute. Kindly send the content, the child is speaking to their respective class teachers.

4.     This is to help the teacher prompt incase child forgets on stage.

The themes are as follows:-

Grade 1       Designer Wear Costumes

Grade 2       If I were a Robot

Grade 3       Asian Traditional Costumes

Grade 4       African Traditional Costumes

Grade 5       European Traditional Costumes

The costumes can be made from anything—cloth, paper, leaves tissue etc

The Criteria will be as follows:-

1.     Dress

2.     Confidence

3.     Clarity of speech

4.     Content of the  speech, on the character represented

                       

Reminder for Grade 4B and 5B

Dear parents,

Students of Grade 4 B and 5 B will be going for a visit to the TV Station on Monday, 20/2/2017 during the school hours. This is an educational trip and hence it is mandatory for all students.
