Dear Parent,
As
you are informed many a times that resident card/Civil Number for every student is mandatory
for all international schools and the Ministry has given us ample of time to
send you reminders yet you have failed to provide us the same.
Now as per the Ministry’s strict
instruction the Students who fail to provide the resident card on or before 30th
Nov 2017 will not be permitted to continue in the school.
We
are ready to provide our PRO support for those who need.
This
is an ultimatum from Birla World School that we cannot behold responsible for
any action taken from Ministry regarding this matter. Moreover without the
Resident Card – Ministry would not attest the Transfer Certificate of the
student.
