 ANIMALS AS RESOURCE: DAIRY, POULTRY, LEATHER, FISHERY AND SERICULTURE.
1. Dairy Products:
       A dairy product or milk product is food produced from the milk of mammals, primarily cows, water buffaloes, goats, sheep, yaks, horses, camels, and domestic buffaloes for human consumption.

2. Poultry:
       Poultry are  domesticated birds kept by humans for the egg they produce, their meat, their feathers, or sometimes as pets.

3. Leather:
        Leather is a durable and flexible material  by tanning animal rawhide and skin, often cattle hide. It can be produced at manufacturing scales ranging from cottage industry to heavy industry. People use leather to make various goods—including clothing (e.g., shoes, hats, jackets, skirts, trousers, and belts)

4. Fishery:
       A place where fish are reared for commercial purposes.  A fishery may involve the capture of wild fish or raising fish through fish farming or aquaculture.

5. SERICULTURE:
        Sericulture, or silk farming, is the rearing of silkworms for the production of silk.
