Precipitation and

Weather is the conditions in the atmosphere

one horizontal line that goes across the page and one vertical line that goes
up the page. These lines are called axis.

The main parts of
weather are precipitation, temperature and wind.

be measured and used to describe the weather.
3. Why
is precipitation important?

The amount of
precipitation influences the amount of water available.
·
In Arabian Gulf
countries, there is very little rainfall for most of the year. Therefore,
availability of water is less.
·
Rainfall also
influences the food crops to be grown and the animals to be reared.
