Circular for Grade 2 to Grade 5

Dear Parent

The “Annual Cultural function” for the students of Primary (Grades 2 to 6) will be held on Wednesday 4th April 2018 at Dhofar University Auditorium from 7pm onwards sharp.

Kindly note the following:

1.       Students will have no schooling on Wednesday 4th April & Thursday 5^th April 2018. Only participants will be coming to school on 3^rd. April 2018 in usual school timings.

2.       Participants will report to the venue at 6pm and you will be guided to the gate to drop your children and leave the spot there after for and can proceed to the Auditorium avoiding unnecessary rush and commotions for smooth flow of the programme.

3.       Participants will wear the costumes given, apply make-up and come dressed to the hall.

4.       Participants can carry a bottle of water and some snacks. School will provide snacks after the program.

5.       Participants can be collected only after the entire function is over.

6.       To ensure smooth functioning of the show NO PARENTS WILL BE ALLOWED INTO THE GREEN ROOM. YOU ARE REQUESTED TO DROP YOUR CHILDREN AND BE SEATED AT THE AUDITORIUM.

7.       Parents are requested to follow the rules strictly to make the event a success. We look forward to your support and cooperation.

8.       School will resume on Sunday 8^th April 2018.

NOTE- THIS WILL BE EXCLUSIVELY CULTURAL PROGRAMME AND ONLY INTERSCHOOL COMPETITION PRIZES WILL BE DISTRIBUTED AND THE REST OTHER PRIZES AND CCA PRIZES WILL BE DONE ON ANOTHER DAY (DUE TO TIME CONSTRAINT) WHICH WILL BE INFORMED TO YOU SHORTLY

So, the School had decided to conduct SOF,NCO ( National Cyber Olympiad) EXAM on 23^rd. Jan 2018 for the first time in World School.
