Guidelines for CCA Events (October 2018-19)
Collage Making Competition (Grade 3
and 4)
· Theme for collage making is World Food Day.
· Student will participate individually.
· Chart papers (Quarter part for each participant)
will be provided by the school.
· Pictures, cutouts from magazines or newspapers,
glue, sketch pens, markers, colours, child-friendly scissors, etc. to be
brought by participants.
· Use of cutters or blades are not allowed for the
competition.
·
Time limit for the collage making competition is 1
hour.
Poster
Making Competition (Grades 5 to 7)
·
Theme for poster making is Unity.
·
Student will participate individually.
· Chart papers (Quarter part for each participant)
will be provided by the school.
·
Pictures, cutouts from magazines or newspapers,
glue, sketch pens, markers, colours, paints, child-friendly scissors, etc. to
be brought by participants.
·
Use of cutters or blades are not allowed for the
competition.
· The poster can also be a combination of drawings,
colouring/painting,
·
Slogans, captions or any short text related to the
theme can be included in the poster.
·
Time limit for the collage making competition is 40
minutes.
Show and
Tell Competition (Grades 1 and 2)
·
Selections for the competition will
be conducted in class on 24th October 2018.
·
Short listed students will
participate for the finals on 31st October 2018.
· Students need to bring their
props for the Show and Tell competition.
·
The time limit for each student
will be a minimum of 2 minutes and maximum of 3 minutes.
